Tarta recién entregada, un antiguo bote de pesca de los ya perdidos pueblos pesqueros de la Costa Catalana... Trae consigo una especie de nostalgia de tiempos atras cuando la vida iba más despacio y las cosas eran como más...¿Aunténticas? He disfrutado muchísimo realizando ésta tarta, a medida que iba avanzando me iban viniendo recuerdos de cuando era pequeña y en la playa nos escondíamos debajo de éste tipo de barcas (..pero más pequeñas) que guardaban boca abajo para que no se llenasen del agua de la lluvia ...El micro clima interior era infernal y el aire tampoco olía a rosas precisamente pero era como un mundo aparte, un rincón en otra dimensión para dejarse llevar, jugar e imaginar..... Éste Barco en cambio huele a mermelada casera de fresas, ganaché de chocolate, fresas y almendras picadas...una deliciosa combinación que se está convirtiendo en un clásico de Puckycakes.
